Defined by a lifelong commitment to service, co-founder Tracy Trevino built his career on nine years of military service—including a 15-month deployment to Iraq where he proudly served his country and found a lifelong second family. He went on to protect his community for five years on the police force, while also earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology out of a deep passion for helping others.

An entrepreneur for the past 11 years, Tracy brings unmatched pride, precision, and dedication to everything he does. Through his businesses, he discovered a unique passion for videography and piloting drones, seamlessly blending creative tech with a masterful understanding of real estate and client needs. When he isn’t serving clients or capturing aerial media, he enjoys the peace of the open country, taking pride in hard work and riding his tractor.

Tracy runs the company alongside his business partner and co-founder, Willie Johnson. Having served in the exact same deployment to Iraq, the two forged an unbreakable bond as forever brothers before teaming up to build this business together. No matter the industry, their shared mission remains the same: delivering excellence with integrity.

Built on brotherhood, resilience, and a relentless work ethic, co-founder Willie Johnson brings over a decade of entrepreneurship, leadership, and client service experience to the company. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Willie served during the same Iraq deployment where he formed a lifelong bond with his business partner and fellow co-founder, Tracy Trevino. That deployment created more than a friendship—it built a foundation of trust, loyalty, and teamwork that continues to drive the company today.

Willie is also a devoted husband and proud father of five, values that shape the way he approaches both business and life. Family, loyalty, and service remain at the center of everything he builds. After returning home, Willie spent more than 10 years building and operating MoSteel Moving, successfully completing over 4,500 moves while earning a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and customer care.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Willie is an author and storyteller. He wrote the memoir I Was There: Echoes of a Broken Boy, a deeply personal project inspired by life experiences, military service, hardship, healing, and growth. In addition to running businesses, Willie has developed a strong background in digital marketing, automation systems, branding, and media strategy.

As co-founder, Willie combines operational leadership with creative vision—helping clients not only showcase properties visually, but also build systems that generate leads and create long-term growth. Together, Willie and Tracy bring a unique combination of military discipline, entrepreneurial experience, creative media production, and real-world business knowledge.
